It happened in front of his house on Constitution Avenue. Tommy's mom Pam Kinslow says, "I looked out the kitchen window and I could see police out there and police running up and down the street so I went upstairs and looked out our bedroom window again and then i could see Tommy I saw him laying in the street."
His body was found in the street early in the morning on november 22nd 2005, he'd been shot to death. Two months after he was killed Tommy's parents raised 5-thousand dollars in reward money a suspect was arrested but later let go. Pam hopes someone will come forward to help solve their son's murder.
Pam says, "a parent should not have to live with not knowing what happened to their child. he was my baby boy." If you have any information on this case you can call crimestoppers at 634-stop. There's still a 2-thousand dollar reward for tips leading the arrest of the suspected killer and you can remain anonymous.
